Exterior Check

Check that A/C units are working and thermostats are set to clients specs

Confirm refrigerators, coolers, freezers, etc are all working

Visual check of all floors, walls and ceilings for signs of water damage

Check and replace batteries in smoke alarms and thermostats as needed

Test lights and fans

Meet contractors, pest control and housekeeping as needed for entry

Close all window and door shutters

Oversee hurricane shutter installation

Secure all outdoor furniture, garbage bins and fixtures

After storm inspection, will take photos and report any damage
